The New Exodus

Our new sermon series for Christmas is titled The New Exodus. God freed his chosen people Israel from slavery in Egypt through a series of ten powerful plagues. During their exodus from Egypt it was the Son, the second person of the Trinity that led the Israelites to the Promised Land. God sent the Son Jesus our Savior into this world to rescue all people from the slavery of sin, death, hell, and the Devil through the sacrifice of his perfect life on Calvary’s cross. It is Jesus who leads us to the new Promised Land of eternal life with God.
